An ultra-low-power, battery-operated wireless piezo sensor that measures vibration and temperature. It can operate stand-alone or in a network of multiple sensor devices, with user-programmable operating modes — fix it to your machine, set it running, and it measures unattended for up to 5 years in wakeup mode.Documentation Index

Issue O · May 2026. Specification subject to change without notice.
Overview
Single-axis piezo
Measures vibration on one axis with a programmable amplitude range up to ±20 g.
Low-frequency reach
Frequency range 0.3 Hz to 10 kHz — strong low-end response for slow-speed assets.
Long battery life
Field-replaceable battery, up to 5 years depending on measurement intervals.
ATEX option
Hazardous-area variant — ATEX II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga; dust-certified option available.
Operating modes
User-selectable to suit the application and battery budget.Wakeup (recommended for best battery life)
Wakeup (recommended for best battery life)
The sensor powers on at a user-specified interval, broadcasts its presence, and the gateway connects and instructs it to take a measurement. While connected, the gateway can change the operating mode and any other parameters. The gateway then disconnects and the sensor returns to ultra-low-power sleep until the next interval.
Ready
Ready
Activated with the magnet, the sensor stays powered and keeps advertising (at reduced power after one minute), allowing repeated connections without re-waking it. Best for setup, demonstration and portable/tablet use — not recommended long term, as battery life is significantly reduced.
Event / Triggered
Event / Triggered
The sensor wakes at regular intervals but stays awake to monitor the input. If the signal crosses a programmed threshold, it captures the required post-trigger data and begins advertising so a client can connect and copy it, then returns to monitoring.
Logging
Logging
Operates unconnected, collecting and storing acceleration, velocity, temperature and battery data at a pre-set interval until woken with a magnet, then downloads to a ReST API or on a call for a specific date/time.
